At Intrikart, our customers' exceptional experience is our top priority. We take great care in curating each product with love, and we hope you feel the same joy receiving it as we did creating it.
However, if there is any unfortunate scenario with your order, we are here for you.
If your order arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.

Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with unboxing video & clear photos for verification.

Once the issue is verified, we’ll offer you an exchange or store credit equal to the product value.
Please ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
Return or Exchange does NOT apply to customized orders. If received broken, we are here for you.

If you wish to exchange an item that is not damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

In such cases, shipping charges will be applicable based on your location.

You can select any other product of the same value for the exchange.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Change of Mind or Disapproval – If the customer does not like the product after delivery or changes their mind post-purchase.

Incorrect Size Selection – Refunds will not be provided for size-related issues; please read product dimensions carefully before placing an order.

Minor Design or Color Variations – Slight differences in color, texture, or design are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

Used or Tampered Products – Items that are returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address – Orders placed with wrong/incomplete delivery addresses will not be eligible for refunds.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts – If the product is returned after 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier, no refund will be processed.

Refusal to Accept Delivery – If the package is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the order will not be refunded.

Products Without Damage – Items that are delivered in perfect condition will not be refunded or exchanged.

Delay in Delivery by Courier Partner – While we strive to dispatch promptly, delays caused by third-party logistics are beyond our control and not a reason for refund.
Missing Unboxing Proof – In case of damage claims, if an unboxing video or required images are not provided within the specified time, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
